Prenatal Support
Pregnancy is a time of wonder, anticipation, and sometimes uncertainty. Our prenatal support service is designed to walk alongside you throughout your pregnancy, so you feel informed and prepared well before labor begins. Through one-on-one appointments, thoughtful birth plan development, and ongoing emotional support, we help you approach birth with greater clarity and confidence.

Labor & Birth Support
This is the heart of what we do. Our labor and birth support provides continuous in-person doula care from the onset of active labor through your baby’s arrival and the first hours afterward. We stay by your side, offering physical comfort, emotional encouragement, calm reassurance, and compassionate advocacy so you and your partner can stay focused on the experience unfolding before you.

- Continuous in-person support throughout active labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period
- Physical comfort measures, including positioning support, counterpressure, and relaxation techniques

Postpartum Support
The weeks after the baby arrives can be as overwhelming as they are beautiful. Sleep deprivation, healing, feeding challenges, and the enormous emotional adjustment of new parenthood deserve dedicated, compassionate support. Our postpartum doula services are here to nurture you — so that you can nurture your baby with confidence, rest, and peace of mind.
What's Included:
- Newborn care education — feeding cues, safe sleep, bathing, soothing techniques, and more
- Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, guidance, and encouragement
- Emotional wellness check-ins and compassionate listening — monitoring for signs of postpartum mood changes
- Light household assistance and sibling support to allow the birthing person to focus on rest and bonding
Virtual Doula Support
Distance should never stand between a family and the support they deserve. Our virtual doula support service delivers all the warmth, expertise, and personalized care of our in-person services through secure video sessions, messaging support, and flexible digital appointments. Perfect for families outside our immediate service area, those who prefer a more flexible arrangement, or anyone who wants a knowledgeable doula presence accessible from the comfort of home.
What's Included:
- Virtual prenatal consultations — birth planning, education, and emotional support via video call
- On-call messaging and phone support throughout pregnancy and during labor milestones
- Live virtual birth supports real-time guidance, encouragement, and coaching during labor
- Virtual postpartum check-ins and newborn care guidance in the weeks following birth
Birth Photography (Optional Add- On)

As an optional add-on service, birth photography captures the raw beauty, emotion, and sacred moments of your labor and delivery in a way that no memory alone can preserve.
